Click ‘Wallet’ in the bottom menu bar

Click ‘More’ followed by ‘Block card’

1. Click ‘Wallet’ in the bottom menu bar
2. Click the card you want to block
3. Click ‘More’ followed by ‘Block card’
4. Select reason and click ‘Confirm’.

The card is now blocked! A blocked card cannot be reopened.

Click ‘Lock card’ followed by ‘Lock card?’.

1. Click ‘Wallet’ in the bottom menu bar
2. Click the card you want to lock
3. Click ‘Lock card’ followed by ‘Lock card?’.

Locking the card works as a block – the card cannot be used when it’s locked. If you’ve reservations on the card, they’ll go through, but no new purchases can be made.

You can easily unlock the card again by clicking ‘Unlock card’.
