Lunar continuously checks public registers in order to always have the correct information about you as a customer, but we don’t always receive all updates. According to our terms, it’s your responsibility to ensure that we always have the correct information about you, and to notify us if your information changes.
Change your address or name
Please note that you need to have a registered residential address or C/O address for us to be able to continue our relationship with you as a customer.
Notify us via the chat in the Lunar app that you have a new address or have changed your name
Download a population registration certificate (personbevis) in PDF format from the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket), here
When we respond to your message, we’ll send a link where you can easily upload the population registration certificate
Upload your population registration certificate and let us know when it’s done
We’ll notify you when your personal information has been updated.

Log in to the Lunar app
Click the profile icon in the upper left corner
Click ‘Personal information’
Here you can change your email address and phone number.
