How to make a transfer
Click ‘Pay’ in the bottom menu bar
Click ‘Transfer’
Select or enter the account details of the receiving account
Click ‘Continue’ and follow the steps.
A transfer within Sweden usually takes 1–3 banking days to send and receive.
Here’s where to find your account details
Click on your account.
Click ‘More’ and select ‘Details’.
Your account number is shown here.
The first four digits of your account number are your sort code (clearing number).

Max 100 000 SEK per transfer.
Max 200 000 SEK per day.
Limits for incoming transfers
We have no limit for incoming transfers to your Lunar account. In the event that you receive an unusually large payment to your account, we may however temporarily block your account given that we need a bit more information about the transfer, as we as a bank always need to know the purpose of transactions in accordance with legal requirements.
If you need to make a transfer that exceeds our amount limits, you’re very welcome to contact us. You can reach us most easily via the chat in the app, or by phone on 010 555 85 05 if the matter is more urgent. We’ll take your matter further and look into whether it’s possible to help you temporarily raise the limit, or help initiate the transfer.*

Transfer to the wrong bank account
Contact us via the chat in the app or by phone on +4610 555 85 05 if you have accidentally made a transfer to the wrong account. If the transaction hasn’t gone through yet, there may be a chance that we can stop the transfer. If it’s too late to stop the transfer, we can help you by contacting the receiving bank.
It’s important to note that we cannot pursue the case further if the recipient doesn’t respond or return the money. It’s always your own responsibility to check that you’ve entered the correct account number for your payment.
