How to pay a bill
Click ‘Pay’ in the bottom menu bar
Click ‘Pay bill’
Start by entering the Bankgiro- or Plusgiro number and OCR or reference
Click ‘Continue’ and follow the steps.
When everything is done, you’ll receive a confirmation in the app!
You can choose to add a note for yourself, and schedule the payment to a future date by clicking ‘Date’.
Amount limits for Bankgiro- and Plusgiro payments
The limit for both transfers and Bankgiro- and Plusgiro payments is 100 000 SEK per payment and 200 000 SEK per day. See our price list with limits and fees, here.
Stop a scheduled payment
On the home screen you can see upcoming transactions. Click on your upcoming transaction, select ‘Remove’ and confirm the removal of the payment.
Cut-off time for Bankgiro- and Plusgiro payments
Our cut-off time for Bankgiro- and Plusgiro payments is 09:45 on banking days.
Payments made before 09:45 reach the recipient the same day.
Payments made after 09:45 reach the recipient the next banking day.
Banking days are usually Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays and bank holidays. A payment made during a weekend reaches the recipient on the next working day.
