Change plan in the app
Click the profile icon in the upper left corner
Click ‘My plan’
Select ‘View plans’
Now select your new plan and confirm the choice.
An upgrade takes effect immediately. For a downgrade, the notice period is until your next pay date and your benefits with your current plan will cease.
Right of withdrawal
You have a right of withdrawal during the first 14 days of your purchase of Standard, Plus or Unlimited. After the 14-day period, the notice period is the current month.
When you accept the terms, you also consent to the right of withdrawal lapsing if you’ve used one or more services after upgrading to Standard, Plus or Unlimited. If you have, for example, ordered a metal card or created extra accounts not included in your plan, you no longer have the right of withdrawal.
