Close your account

Here you can read more about how to close your Lunar account.

We’ll help you close your account.

First step is to check a few things

  • Transfer any remaining funds from your Lunar account

  • Make sure to change plan to Light if you have Standard, Plus or Unlimited

  • If you have SAS EuroBonus activated, you need to cancel the subscription

  • Sell your holdings if you use Lunar Block

  • That you have no reserved amounts remaining on the account

You may have amounts that are reserved and waiting to be deducted if you’ve recently made card purchases or transfers. These transactions are marked as ‘Reserved’ on your bank account when you’re logged in to the Lunar app.

If you have the Light plan, 0 SEK in balance and no crypto on Lunar Block, we can easily close your account.

Send us a message from your Lunar app

  1. Tap your profile icon in the upper left corner

  2. Click ‘Help & support’ followed by ‘Send message’

  3. Write that you want to close your account. Once we’ve received your message, we’ll help you with the final steps.
